Prairie WWWW is an experimental rock/folk band formed in Taipei, Taiwan in 2010. Its music combines poetry, folk, ambient and tribal elements. The four Ws in Prairie’s band name are muted, serving as a pictogram for a waveform, as well as the imagery of the grass that blowing in the wind. ☾ 落差草原 WWWW 是一支成立於2010年的臺灣實驗搖滾／民謠樂團。音樂結合了詩歌、民謠、迷幻氛圍和儀式感的節奏韻律。團名中「WWWW」為象徵性的符號，不發音，是聲音頻率的波形；也是草原隨風波動的意象。
